Parties to the agreement
"Buyer" refers to the natural person who acts primarily outside his profession and by placing an order for rimexa.net makes a bid for the purchase and delivery of certain goods.
"rimexa.net" is used in the following both on the natural or legal person who accepts the order confirmation and order buyer sells the goods ordered and the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

All orders sought packed and shipped within 5 days from the payment is received. In the event of late delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please notice rimexa.net is not responsible for any late delivery caused by the carriers.
rimexa.net are not familiar with customs, tax, or taxation outside Denmark, so we can not accept liability for any additional costs that are imposed after the dispatch. For further information, please contact your country's customs and tax authority.
Packaging and wrapping:
For shipment reasons your purchased products is packed safely into the packaging that is suitable for packet transport.
Note that the package is included in the shipping price.
All prices are current prices and only valid on the day of ordering. Therefore there may be price changes. All prices include 25% VAT which is in accordance with Danish tax rules.
Goods presented at rimexa.net can also be purchased in our physical store on Bornholm. Note that prices may be different from those in our physical store.
There is no additional fee for payments on rimexa.net.
Shortly after your purchase you will receive an electronic invoice.
If you experience any manufacturing or material defects on your purchase please contact us immediately.
The warranty on food and other perishable goods, is limited by its natural durability.
The warranty is 14 days after the product is received by the buyer. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Neither does the warranty cover any damages caused by the transport company (post or other transport service).
The invoice must be presented to rimexa.net in connection with the use of complaints.
Any complaints about defects in products delivered to the Buyer or should have discovered the defect happen to rimexa.net within 7 days. Otherwise buyer loses the right to invoke lack.
Please describe and upon request, show the defect. If you have the opportunity, send any image on mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund reasonable freight costs that you may have in connection with returning the product when the claim is justified and after written agreement between Buyer and rimexa.net.
All products in question must be sent to our company address:

Remember to send the product back in good packaging and get a receipt for shipment, so that we may refund your expenses.
We do not disclose information to third parties. The data you provide when you shop with us, are considered confidential and will under no circumstances be disclosed.
As registered a customer at rimexa.net, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small data file that is placed on your computer's hard drive. A cookie is not a program, and can not read or destroy data from your computer. Log statistics are not used in this shop.

To enter into an agreement with us via the website, you must register with the following personal information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We record of your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information registered with Rimexa ApS and stored for 5 years, after which data are deleted.
When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
The owners of the company will have access to the information recorded about you.
We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
Disclaimer and guarantee:
rimexa.net has made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are outside the control of rimexa.net. We can therefore not be held responsible for the contents of these pages.
Information on the products ordered from such sites are not included in the description of the goods in the agreement between Buyer and rimexa.net.
Seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses due to the ordered goods arriving late to the buyer or the ordered goods have defects, when delays or defects caused by Buyer action or omission or circumstances which are beyond the rimexa.net' control such as war, riots, civil commotion, fire, state interference, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of any kind, including strike and lockout, or the like.
rimexa.net gives no independent guarantee of the goods ordered, and the buyer obtains only the guarantees granted by the manufacturer to buyer.
The above applies unless otherwise stipulated by Danish law.
If a customer notifies rimexa.net that the customer has regretted the purchase within 7 days after delivery, rimexa.net will refund the price of the products (not the shipping costs) when the products has been returned to rimexa.net. Right runs from the day you receive your product. Buyer are to cover the shipping costs.
When purchasing custom made lapse withdrawal immediately upon acceptance by the customer, so that production can be started immediately.
There is, in Consumer Contracts Act § 17 paragraph. 2 no. 1 no right to withdraw products for household use, such as food.
Goods returned UFRANCO or after claims denied receipt. When returning, please use a package distributors with Track- and Trace Service. Because it makes it possible to trace the item if it should become lost during return shipping. The product must be returned in the same condition and quantity. You must send the product properly packed - together with a copy of the invoice and please write clearly that you wish to use the right of withdrawal and that you therefore want to recover the amount received. Please include your registration. and account no. which reimbursement may be. We recommend that you send the product back as cautious package. Rimexa.net do not refund return shipping.
You may cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the shipment, by transferring the product to the post office or by returning the goods at the address below.
These return rules apply to all goods sold by distance selling (private) - not products sold to businesses.
